Ammi's Biryani now in Chennai

Bangalore based TMA Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd flagship brand Ammi’s Biryani is now storming into Chennai with the opening of three outlets in the city. The chain has 36 outlets in Bangalore.

Mr. N Sharief, CMD, TMA Hospitality, said “On Independence Day, we are opening three of the four outlets planned in Chennai. Eventually, we intend to have around 35 or 40 Ammi's Biryani outlets here and also look at tier-II cities.”

“The food outlet’s unique selling proposition is food packaging as it offers separate pouches for spoons and trays to discard bones. “We try and emulate the packaging and delivery methods of the pizza players, who are running a merry business. But, in the traditional food space, there aren’t many deliverers. Plans are underway to tap Delhi and Mumbai by April 2014,” he added.
