The Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield has named Nikhil G Jacob as its new Food and Beverage Manager. With over 8 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Nikhil brings expertise in process development, beverage portfolios, specialty restaurants, fine dining services, and guest experiences.

Nikhil began his career at The St. Regis, Mumbai, where he advanced from Graduate Management Associate to leadership roles like Restaurant Manager. He has also worked at The Oberoi, Bengaluru, and The Courtyard by Marriott, Mahabaleshwar, demonstrating versatility and dedication to excellence.

Educated at the Institute of Hotel Management, Kolkata, Nikhil holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management, Catering Technology, and Applied Nutrition. His accomplishments include being named Employee of the Month, leading Quality Assurance, and receiving Manager of the Year nominations.
