Capitol Hill to Overcome Indian Taste crisis

Manmeet Singh, a first time Restaurateur is planning to transform the Broadway Taco Del Mar into Moti Mahal Restaurant giving the people of Capitol Hill a complete Indian Cuisine.

The restaurant which will be serving complete Indian food, is named after Moti Mahal, a big brand in Indian food market. Mr. Singh is all set to start the restaurant with his core team in another three weeks.

“We don’t’ have a lot of space but the food is gonna be great,” Singh tells about Moti Mahal, the big-brand restaurant planned for the tiny space on the Broadway slope between Pine and Pike.

Moti Mahal, a much loved Indian restaurant is entering the Capitol Hill, US food market to overcome the shortage of Indian cuisine on the Hill.

Bombay Bistro is also in the development phase opening sometime in the next year.
