Coffee Day Resorts may launch IPO

Coffee Day Resorts which is the holding company of Cafe Coffee Day is planning to launch IPO in a year time to raise Rs 1,200-1,500 crore.

The domestic listing will see the holding company, Coffee Day Resorts, sell 10-15 percent for USD 150 million (Rs 900 crore), valuing the group backed by KKR & Co at about USD 1 billion.
