Fast casual chain Chickeera expands it menu, focus on delivery

Fast-casual chain Chickeera has launched new menu by delivering them till 5 am in the morning.

Founded in 2020 by Prime Eateries Pvt. Ltd, it brings the Halal-cart revolution in India, the hub was made in the streets of New York over decades.

True to its Halal-cart roots, the brand’s cuisine is a healthy fusion of Middle Eastern and American influences. The eatery aims to appeal to foodies, both young and old- sharing a common admiration for good food.

The brand has thereby made delectable additions to its menu including within it a BBQ chicken ashet, spicy lamb ashet, and a black pepper lamb ashet. New Pitawiches include the BBQ chicken pitawich and a Black Pepper Lamb pitawich. Lemon wings and Peri Peri fried chicken wings to name a few.

Facing the brunt of the pandemic, the brand has met its share of challenges with a decline in deliveries however has tackled the solution by adapting and creating a cushion by tweaking business models.

 Chickeera contributed towards a fundraiser, donations of which were provided to The Bigger Picture and The Uday Foundation, helping raise 6000 meals for thousands of people living in Delhi NCR.

Currently, Chickeera has three branches. One is located in South extension-1 which is also the main branch considering the office work and inventory takes place from there. The other two are located in Greater Kailash-2 and Anand Niketan.

“Our future expansion plan first covers the entire Gurgaon and West Delhi and after making them profitable we will plan for the entire Delhi NCR. As per the response from the customers, that should not take more than a year. After that, we are planning to serve Pan- India, as we receive several requests from different parts of the country,” shared Kartik Juneja of Chickeera.
