Curated by Executive Chef Shreyas Bhat, the menu focuses on innovation and creativity. Chef Bhat said, "We wanted to be able to make vegetarian cuisine interesting again. People tend to assume that vegetarian food cannot be flavorful or playful, and that is what we want to change. We want people to not just eat, but to experience everything we plate up for them. There is a thought process behind every dish, and we’ve spent months perfecting each one. It is both nerve-wracking and exciting to finally open our doors to customers.
