Hungry Buddha Opens Its New Space in Lower Parel

Hungry Buddha unveils its second cloud kitchen in Lower Parel, bringing the exquisite flavors of pan-Asian cuisine to South Mumbai residents.

This cloud kitchen stands out as a choice for Asian cuisine in the vibrant Bandra-Juhu area of Mumbai.

Now, it strategically extends its reach to Lower Parel, a culinary hub highly regarded among residents and the commercial crowd alike.

“Hungry Buddha is a brand that’s personally very close to my heart. It’s definitely been the dark horse and the underdog among our portfolio of brands at Acapella. With initial hiccups and no sight of success on the horizon, months of relentless efforts by our ops, kitchen and marketing team have finally begun to pay off as we’ve started witnessing exponential growth and higher brand recall than ever before.” said, Shaan Gidwani - Founder & Managing Director at Acapella Hospitality.

The menu offers a wide range of options such as soups and appetizers to complete noodle and rice dishes.

When it comes to starters the menu has ranges like Cottage Cheese Satay to Honey Glazed Grilled Chicken Skewers, Grilled Chicken in Black Pepper Sauce to Green Pepper Prawns, there's something to satisfy every palate.

For the main course, The Buddha Bowls have garnered a devoted following among their regular patrons. With options like Chicken Laksa curry bowl, Veg Phad Thai Bowl, Korean Kimchi Bowl, and Veg Kung Pao Bowl, these dishes burst with exotic ingredients and fresh flavors, all while remaining budget-friendly for those ordering solo.

Classic favorites like Paneer Chilli, Veg Burnt Garlic Rice, Red & Green Thai Curry, Schezwan Noodles, and more are also on the menu.

Vegans will also find a comprehensive selection that caters to their dietary preferences, including Stir Fried Mushrooms with Bell Peppers, Pink Peppercorn Tofu, Tofu Hunan, and Vegan Tofu Satay, all providing an authentic Asian dining experience.
