Michelin Star Chef Pietro Leemann Unveils Indian Debut with Lodha

Lodha has recently joined forces with Michelin Star Chef Pietro Leemann to introduce an exclusive menu at its properties.

“I have always been passionate about inspiring people to embrace vegetarian cuisine as a means to lead a better life. This vision led me to establish Joia in Milan, Europe’s first vegetarian restaurant to hold a Michelin Star. I'm excited to collaborate with Lodha in India, where we share a commitment to organic, plant-based food that's good for you and the planet.” said, Chef Pietro Leemann.

Chef Leemann's expertise in vegetarian cuisine aligns with Lodha's culinary principles, and the menu has been co-designed by the Chef in collaboration with Lodha's in-house hospitality experts.

The menu will showcase some of his signature dishes, including the Sun Harbour, featuring aubergine tatin, corn, buckwheat biscuit with garnishes and Brother and Sun, a tomato and strawberry gazpacho.

“We believe in curating experiences that enrich the lives of our residents. It is with this endeavour that we partner with international experts who share our passion and philosophy.” said, Raunika Malhotra - President of Marketing at Lodha.

Chef Pietro Leemann's renowned Milanese restaurant, Joia, has proudly held a Michelin Star for over three decades and was the first vegetarian restaurant in Europe to receive such esteemed recognition.
