This new space in Juhu marks MONIN’s continued commitment to the Indian market, following successful launches in Delhi and Bengaluru. Positioned in a key cultural area, the studio aims to enhance the collaboration between hospitality professionals and foster innovation within the beverage industry.
The studio is designed to bring together stakeholders, including HORECA professionals, for developing new recipes and creative solutions. It will act as a hub for industry leaders to collaborate, exchange ideas, and drive forward the evolution of beverage and culinary innovations.

The Mumbai studio, housed in a renovated bungalow near Juhu Tara Road, incorporates modern amenities and local culture elements. Its design features terracotta jaali, clay roof tiles, and Waarli art, reflecting the area’s heritage. The space is equipped to facilitate idea generation and creativity, aimed at supporting innovations in the hospitality sector.
With studios in Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru, MONIN continues to reinforce its presence in India, emphasizing local engagement and sustainability. These studios reflect the brand’s efforts to contribute to the evolving hospitality landscape through collaboration and innovation.
