New Asst F&B Manager for Courtyard, Marriott

Mr. Umesh Dalal is appointed as the new Assistant F&B Manager at Courtyard by Marriott, Gurgaon. He has remarkable experience in the field along with commercial business acumen. 

Mr. Dalal has wide experience – both in national and international front – and is trained across many delivery functions. He successfully managed two major events in 2012 – The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee celebration and the London Olympics at Royal Horseguard Hotels, London.

According to Mr. Kanika Hasrat, General Manager, “We are happy to welcome Umesh, who is a positively energetic, highly motivated and a dynamic Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. I am personally looking forward to having him in my team”.

Mr. Dalal will be responsible for looking after the day-to-day operations of the F&B unit and will assume responsibility of sales, profitability and performance of the unit.
