Yeti - The Himalayan Kitchen has opened its latest outlet at Commons, DLF Avenue in Saket, New Delhi. Known for its focus on the cuisines of Nepal, Tibet, and North-East India, the brand has been growing steadily, now with locations across six cities. This expansion continues to bring regional Himalayan flavors to urban dining.
The menu offers a diverse range of regional dishes, including La Phing, Thenthuk, Ema Datchi, Thakali Thali, and Jhol Momos. Notable offerings also include Shabalay, Sekuwa, Mushroom Choila, and Piro Aloo. Dishes like Jadoh with Dohkhleh Chicken and Shapta add to the authentic Himalayan culinary experience. The bar complements the food with cocktails such as Guyaba, Yeti Old Fashioned, Twisted Negroni, The Himalayan Spiritz, and Matricaria, blending traditional ingredients with modern drinks.
The outlet’s design takes inspiration from Namche Bazaar, featuring exposed brick walls, mandalas, prayer wheels, and Tibetan flags, creating a tranquil 46-seater dining space. A centerpiece featuring the Boudha Stupa and wooden furnishings adds to the welcoming atmosphere.
Joy Singh, Co-partner of Yeti - The Himalayan Kitchen said, “With our new outlet, we are excited to bring the spirit of Himalayan fare to a broader audience. Our journey has been about more than just food; it’s about sharing the stories, tastes, and culture of the region with each dish. As we gear up to open in Noida, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Jaipur, we look forward to connecting with more communities and bringing the soulful essence of the Himalayas to new destinations.”
Upcoming openings are planned for Greater Kailash 2 and additional locations, continuing the brand's expansion across India.
