On The Bay: D' Lounge now in Mumbai

Arora Hospitality opened On The BAY: D' Lounge at Hiranandani, Powai.  The venue is for the youngsters to enjoy great handcrafted cocktails made with premium ingredients, great music with live DJ and great thrills.

Satpal Singh Arora, MD, Arora Hospitality Group said, "We felt there was a need in the marketplace for a new kind of bar that was hip and sexy, yet comfortable and consistent in quality service and great seafood. Our aim is to provide world class quality at local prices. We want people to come and relish freshly cooked seafood with their drinks and that need not cost a bombshell. So much so that we are offering premium seafood likes Pomfret and Lobster at cost. We have also done away with the kitchen so bar does not have to bear the cost of expensive chef's. This allows us to price drinks at normal restaurant level as against current lounge rates. Our prices are all inclusive and we do not encourage tipping."

The menu is followed by a series of signature cocktails. Inspired by global cuisine, the cocktails are interpretations of classics and old favourites plus modern blends of premium spirits.
