Qafila restaurant values the technique of slow cooking, as demonstrated in the 36-hour preparation of their Kava Dal and the DUM slow-cooking method used for their Biryani.
Each portion of food served is meticulously handled to ensure that no rice grain is broken, reflecting the care taken in crafting each dish. This attention to detail is made possible through their signature dinner service, which allows them to provide diners with the most exquisite and thoughtfully prepared meals.
The menu at Qafila features an impressive array of dishes, including flavorful soups like Murgh badami and Subz shorba, and appetizers like Gilawat ke kebab aur sheermal, Kesari jhinga, Palak anjeer kebab, and Bharwan tandoori aloo.

The event witnessed a fun, interactive session by Executive Chef, Anirudh, and F&B Manager, Shashank Goel, where they showcased their culinary skills for the attendees.

Signature dishes and specials at Amritsar Kitchen hold the promise of a mesmerizing meal, and a dining experience to cherish forever.
Signature traditional and regional dishes on the menu include Sarso Da Saag, Amritsari Chole Kulche, Butter Chicken and similar. The Asian selection comprises of Chicken Shumai, Thai Red and Green Curry, Pad Thai and Skewers. Classic Roasted Chicken, Pan Seared River Sole, and Fish & Chips are part of the Western mains along with a variety of pastas, risottos, and pizzas.

Salient features of Nazaara include; an exclusive private dining area and a beer tasting room. A unique micro-brewery will soon be launched as well. The lounge also offers an extensive selection of international wine-by-glass menu, unique cocktails and an array of delectable North-West Indian cuisine catering to the eclectic tastes of guests.
Signature dishes on the menu include Amritsari Fish Tikka, Lamb Galotti Kebab, Classic Awadhi Style Mutton Curry, and the Signature Dum Biryani. Desserts include the much-loved Phirni, Gulab Jamun, Jalebi Rabdi and other North Western cuisine favourites.
Courtyard by Marriott, Gurgaon has appointed Deepak Yadav as the new Pastry Chef for the hotel.
Deepak will be responsible for the overall bakery and confectionary section of the hotel ensuring quality and excellence in the department.

Deepak joins Courtyard by Marriott, Gurgaon from Gourmet Empire Pvt Ltd, Chandigarh, where he was working as an Executive Pastry chef.
Commenting on the appointment, Kanika Hasrat, General Manager stated, “Deepak Yadav comes with rich experience in the Bake ry department which will help us in taking our Pastries to a new level with his innovative expertise andthe gift of pleasing the sweet toothof our patrons. Chef Deepak holds a Diploma in Bakery & Confectionary from Centaur Hotel, New Delhi and has worked with quality hotels and restaurants such as Courtyard Marriott, Kuwait City, Marriott Jaipur and SETzat DLF Emporio Delhi.
He has a natural flair fordesigning and can create personalized desserts with ease.
His signature items include candies, home-made ice creams, sorbets, pralines and of course his healthy loaves.
With a deep understanding of International desserts and having worked with different nationalities in the kitchen,Deepak Yadav has the expertize and exposure to bring success to the organization.
Courtyard by Marriott Gurgaon has put together a Cooking Master Class for the junior lot to engage with them this summer vacations.
And to make this a fun filled and enthralling summer for kids, Executive Chef Amit Dash, promises a summer of fun, cooking classicdishesas well as innovative ones like fruit pancakes and puddings with the twist of fun with the kids.
The first Master Class took place on Tuesday, 2nd June and was dedicated to the kids from Harmony House, a non-profit organization in Gurgaon which works towards improving the lives of underprivileged children.
The upcoming classes will be open to kids between the age group of 8-15 years on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday till the end of June.
Meanwhile, every participant gets a personalized apron along with a recipe card binder and the ones who qualify for the grand finale will be part of the ‘Chefs cook off ‘where the children’s creations will be judged by Executive Chef Amit Dash himself and the winner gets a weekend getaway at the hotel.
MoMo Café located at Courtyard by Marriott, Gurgaon is hosting beer and burger festival by serving its famous Marriott Burger, a special double patty burger – Sumo Wrestler and other innovative combinations like the Smoke Buddy, Garden Green, Red Alert, Sumo Wrestlers, Desi Double Roti, Earth & turf amongst other.
The Beer and burger offer entitles guests to choose between an array of vegetarian or non-vegetarian burgers and get a complimentary beer.
Priced at just Rs 750 plus taxes, the offerings are one among the special summer menu.
The offer is valid on till 31st May 2015 from 12:30 PM to 6:00 PM on all the days.
