The restaurant’s menu takes guests on a culinary journey across India, featuring slow-cooked dishes made using age-old techniques.

The menu includes a variety of regional specialties, such as Ek Taar ki Nihari, Kaladi Bharwan Gucchi, and Kosha Mangsho, a traditional dish passed down from Naani's cookbook. Other highlights include Salmon Dill Tikaa, North Parda Biryani, Kakori, Mutton Sukka, Palak Burrata, and Butter Chicken. The culinary experience is further enhanced by a diverse cocktail menu that showcases regional ingredients and spices, thoughtfully paired with the restaurant’s offerings. Signature cocktails, like the Nawabi Sour, have become popular choices among guests.

RAAG creates a unique dining atmosphere through the seamless blend of food, music, and art. The restaurant’s vibrant interior, featuring wallpaper designed by Sabyasachi, is complemented by the sounds of Indian music, including the soothing melodies of the sitar. This combination of traditional cuisine, artistic decor, and evocative music ensures that every visit to RAAG is both enjoyable and culturally enriching.

Richa Malhan, Founder and CEO stated, “Creating a team that authentically recreates traditional Indian dishes while appealing to modern palates has been an exciting and rewarding journey. By sourcing the finest local ingredients and mastering age-old cooking techniques, we’ve built a kitchen culture that beautifully blends heritage with innovation. Our approach includes thorough research into regional culinary practices, carefully selecting authentic ingredients and training our team to excel in both time-honoured methods and contemporary culinary techniques.

The restaurant aims to preserve and pass on this cherished culinary heritage to the next generation, ensuring that the essence of traditional Indian cuisine continues to thrive in today’s modern dining landscape.
