Badshah has ventured into a multi-brand food and beverage initiative, setting a new standard.

Badshah is stepping into the hospitality realm by introducing three brands: Sago Spice Symphony, Seville, and Sidera in collaboration with Babita Puri Gupta and Udayveer Gupta, marking his debut in this industry.

“I’m extremely excited to embark on this brand-new journey and spearhead it from a city that has given me so much and made me who I am today. The brand’s vision is to indulge culinary aficionados seeking an out-of-the-ordinary gastronomical experience. Traditionally homegrown at its core, but globally experimentative in spirit, the offering is poised to be rich, deep and varied as we aim to blend tradition with modernity.” said Badshah.

Chefs from diverse regions across India have been brought in to lead the kitchen, curating a menu that blends modern and traditional flavors from Indian, Lebanese, Continental, and Pan-Asian cuisines.

The menu boasts of using homemade sauces, freshly ground spices, and rich condiments, emphasizing a luxurious culinary experience.

Sago presents standout dishes like 'Sona Murgh Kebab,' 'Lagan Ka Murgh,' 'Sago Dal Makhni,' and 'Chupa Rustam Beetroot Kebab.' Sidera's chef recommendations feature items such as 'Asparagus Philadelphia Roll' and 'Stuffed Lotus Stem Fritters,' while Seville offers unique specialties like 'Chicken Krapow Bowl,' 'Edamame Truffle Rice & Burnt Garlic Sauce,' and 'Wild Mushroom With Cream Cheese Dimsum.'

The music artist highlights menu favorites including 'Classic Mapo Tofu,' 'Moroccan Chicken,' 'Classic Yaki Udon Noodles,' 'The Gourmet,' 'Dal Khushk Awadhi,' 'Multani Bhuna Paneer,' and 'Bhutani Makai Palak.'

The cocktail menu offers a contemporary twist on traditional cocktails, featuring innovative blends. Sago presents signature mixes like 'Grecian Glaze,' 'Basil & Lychee Spritzer,' 'Spicy Love,' and 'Clarified New York Sour.'

Seville boasts specialties such as 'The Greek Door,' 'Blue Sea,' 'Santorin Secret,' 'Mediterranean Mirage,' 'Hellen,' 'Ladybug,' 'Forbidden Spiced Fruit,' and 'Queen & Tonic.' Meanwhile, Sidera offers classics like 'Temple Run,' 'Green Velvet,' 'Flower Power,' 'Paradise Found,' and 'Roses In Bloom.'

Uniquely, the rapper has a drink named 'Badshahi' after him, crafted with milk, rose, gulkand, fresh cream, and edged with edible gold flakes, ranking high on his list of favorites.

Additionally, customers can anticipate trying a captivating assortment of sweets and delightful desserts like Turkish Delight, Tiramisu, Hare matar ka halwa, and Vanilla Cheesecake with seasonal strawberry compote and many more.

Badshah has invested in a Mumbai nightclub called Dragonfly. He's ventured into producing Punjabi films and initiated a music channel based in Punjab. Moreover, he founded a clothing line named BADFIT.
