Rajdhani’s RASOVARA is all set to celebrate “Vegan Week from 2nd till 8th December 2013”.
The Vegan Thali includes traditional dishes like Kokam Sarbat, Dal Bati Churma, Kadi, Jodhpuri Gatta, Bhakri, and mouth watering desserts like Jalebi and Dry fruit halwa served in RASOVARA’s traditional Kansa Thali.
Aji Nair, VP, F&B Division, Mirah Hospitality said, “Veganism is increasingly gaining popularity in the country. So when PETA approached us, we thought it was great idea to create a feast for our vegan guests.”
Bhuvaneshwari Gupta, Nutritionist, PETA India, said, “We are happy to support RASOVARA’s vegan initiative. I’m sure vegans, vegetarians and meat-eaters alike will love RASOVARA’s specially crafted and mouth watering vegan thali.”
The thali is available at Rs 630 inclusive of all the taxes.
