Ritz- Carlton Group has partnered with Mumbai-based realty developer Oberoi Realty for its upcoming projects of Worli Hotel expected to be started in 2016-2017.
Commenting on the same, Paul Foskey, Executive VP, Hotel Development, Asia-Pacific, Marriott International, said, "We have been searching for a perfect location for a premium hotel in Mumbai for several years with the right partners. This site offers everything hotel guest could want-a prime business location, styling and contemporary design in this rich and vibrant city.”
The 2.1-million-sq-ft mixed use project is located at less than a kilometre from Bandra-Worli sea link. It is being developed by Oasis Realty, a joint venture between Oberoi Realty and Sahana group for a slum rehabilitation project in Worli.
