Roots of India has announced the opening of its latest outlet, strategically positioned opposite the Hollywood Wax Museum, next to Mapro Garden in Mahabaleshwar. This new location aims to enhance the dining experience in this scenic hill station, offering a tribute to the rich heritage of Indian cuisine.

Roots of India emphasizes serving authentic Indian dishes that prioritize guest well-being. The restaurant avoids artificial colors and ready-made spices, instead opting for freshly prepared spice blends to ensure the dishes are flavorful and easy to digest. The menu includes a range of dishes such as Dahi Ke Kabab, Peshawari Paneer Tikka, Rozali Kebab, Sarson Tandoori Pomfret, Lagan Wali Murgh, Roasted Indian Paneer Herbs, Mutton Dum Biryani, and Paneer Tikka Biryani, along with desserts like Gulab Jamun with Rabdi and Pistachio Kulfi.
The Mahabaleshwar outlet, which can seat 120 guests and offers parking for over 70 cars, is set to provide a unique dining experience that blends traditional Indian cuisine with a modern approach. This new outlet is expected to attract both tourists and locals, offering an authentic taste of India amidst the picturesque setting of Mahabaleshwar.
As part of its expansion strategy, Roots of India plans to open additional outlets in various locations, including Goa, a second location in Mumbai, and international ventures in Southeast Asia, specifically in Singapore and Thailand. These expansions are slated to take place over the next year, marking a significant step in the brand's growth.
