Sandeep Pandey Appointed Exec.Chef

Sandeep Pandey is appointed as the new Executive Chef at Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel. The Chef is an expertise in multiple cuisines like Mediterranean, Indian, Thai and British.

Chef Pandey began his career with the Oberoi Group, New Delhi in 1994. He then lent his expertise at Le Meridien, Jaipur, as the Executive Chef before joining the Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel. Chef Pandey has worked with premium hotels across the globe in different capacities and in culturally diverse surroundings.

In a career spanning nearly two decades, Chef Pandey served most of the time with The Oberoi Group. He was involved in various activities abroad like hosting MICE functions, conducting international food festivals, and trained in Michelin starred cuisine restaurants before returning to The Oberoi Group.  

Chef Pandey is also a senior member of the UAE Culinary Guild and a member of the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals, USA. He obtained his Masters in Hospitality Administration from the Cornell School of Hotel Administration after completing his Post Graduate Diploma in Kitchen Management and Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology.
