Spice board to conduct Pepp-It Up 2014

The Spices Board of India in collaboration with International Pepper Community is organising ‘Pepp it Up-2014,’ a national level culinary competition for growing chefs on International Pepper day falling on 6^th August.

The competition will be held at The Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Kovalam, Trivandrum on 6^th August 2014. The participation is open for students pursuing a minimum three-year course in catering/hotel management/cookery in colleges across the country. The winners will be awarded a cash prize of Rs 1 lakh, trophies and certificates. Interested candidates and colleges shall register on or before 25^th July 2014.
