Post acquisition, Foodpanda will take over business of Holachef including its kitchens and equipment.

In June 2015, Holachef had raised Rs 20 crore in a Series A round led by Kalaari Capital and India Quotient

Holachef said the capital would be used for team building and scaling logistic infrastructure to streamline the business.

Holachef continues to focus on product innovation and critical talent hire in its aspiration to create a food curation category and growth.
