Tansen Unveils Regal Cocktail Collection at Fine Dining Event in Hyderabad

Tansen, a fine dining restaurant known for showcasing the culinary heritage of the North-Western Frontier, has launched an exclusive collection of regal cocktails. The new offerings highlight Tansen's focus on luxury and quality, crafted with inspiration from regal traditions. The launch event, held at Tansen’s premises in Prestige Sky Tech, Financial District, Hyderabad, attracted attention for its unique cocktail menu, including some of the most high-end options in the city’s hospitality scene.

The event featured Hamish Lindsay, Scotch Whisky Ambassador for South and East India at Chivas Brothers. Lindsay, originally from Edinburgh, shared his extensive knowledge of whisky during a special tasting session. His presence added depth to the launch and demonstrated the commitment to quality that Tansen has built its reputation on.

The cocktail menu, curated by renowned mixologist Yangdup Lama, includes creations such as Jewel Of Tansen, Raag By Tansen, Begum Ki Bazar, and Aaghaaz E Shaam. The signature cocktail, Jewel Of Tansen, stands out for its pairing of Royal Salute 21 Years Whisky with ajwa dates sourced from Al-Medina, Saudi Arabia, and pine nuts from Italy. This blend is complemented by truffle-infused vermouth, offering a rich and layered flavor profile.

The evening’s food menu, designed to pair with the new cocktails, featured appetizers such as Lajavab Bharwa Tikki, Bhatti Ka Murgh, Guntur Chicken Tikka, and Kali Mirch Paneer Tikka. The main course included Dal Tansen, Subz Ka Mel, and Patiala Shahi Chicken, accompanied by freshly baked breads. The meal concluded with Chicken Biryani, Veg Biryani, and a Jalebi Platter, chosen to complement the cocktail experience.

This launch adds to Tansen’s reputation as a premier dining destination in Hyderabad, catering to those seeking luxury and refinement in both food and beverages.
