TFT adds new Menu

TFT, Kolkata is all set to give the food enthusiasts a ride through the vast fields of wheat and mustard, earthen roads and hay-topped huts to give them a feel of traditional Punjabi food tempered innovation.

The Desi motto- ‘Singh da khana is King da khana’, that reflects the boisterous Punjabi mood can be sensed in every dish on the menu.

Mr. Arun Chanda, Culinary Expert, said “North Indian recipes got a tasty bend in the gullies of Delhi and that ‘Purani Delhi Flavour’ forms a part of our menu. We want to grow in clusters and already have an outlet in the Sector V, Salt Lake and another in Bangalore. You will come across TFT outlets in Durgapur and Bhubaneshwar in the near future.”

He also added that “TFT is however, not all about Punjabi flavours. You can find a page called ‘TFT’S Tribute to City of Joy’ which dedicated to the local flavours and another one with recipes that we have developed in ‘TFT Signatures’.”
