Hilton New Delhi (Janakpuri) appointed Chef Vikas Pal as their Executive Chef.
Chef Vikas will be responsible for managing the overall kitchen operations including food conceptualisation, preparation, presentation and promotion at the hotel that has six innovative restaurants, lounges and bars serving a variety of cuisines.
Chef Vikas is a graduate from the Institute of Hotel Management, Lucknow, with 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has worked with various hotels in India and Europe. He has a deep understanding of Continental, Oriental, Middle Eastern and Indian culinary culture.
Prior to leading the team at Hilton, Chef Vikas was serving as Executive Chef at Radisson Blu Hotel, Indore. He has also worked with Park Plaza in Noida and Gurgaon; Grand Hyatt, New Delhi; Taj Hotels, Resorts and Palaces; Spice Quarter, Leeds, and; Smith's Hotel, Gretna Green, United Kingdom.
