voco Jim Corbett Expands Dining Options with Kosi Bar and Kitchen

voco Jim Corbett, India's first voco hotel, has announced the opening of its alfresco dining venue, Kosi Bar and Kitchen. Nestled along the Kosi River, this new restaurant provides a tranquil setting where guests can enjoy a refined culinary experience during their stay.

Spanning 350 square meters, Kosi Bar and Kitchen can accommodate up to 100 guests in an elegant and welcoming environment. The menu, curated by Chef Tenzin Losel, features a variety of dishes that blend Mediterranean and Indian flavors. Guests can savor options such as cheeses, marinated olives, cold cuts, and garlic prawns, alongside Indian kebabs like Amritsari Fish and Gilafi Seekh Kabab.

Designed with a modern aesthetic, Kosi Bar and Kitchen offers a comfortable yet upscale atmosphere. The dining experience is enhanced by swift service, warm lighting, and a central mango tree that overlooks the river and surrounding jungle. Guests can choose their seating preference, whether it's bar stools, low tables, or booths, depending on their group size and dining needs.
