V&RO Hospitality has unveiled Badmaash at Kamala Mills in Lower Parel, in partnership with Mouni Roy.

Brand is set with its innovative Indian cuisine and bar selection. Mouni Roy, with her fondness for South Indian flavors, has introduced captivating additions to the menu.

One standout dish is the Stir-fried Mushroom Milagu with Shimeji Crisps, curry leaf dust, spiced red radish, and crushed peppercorns, is a must-experience at Badmaash.

Corporate Chef Ishant Khanna has crafted a menu that embodies the brand's dedication to reimagining Indian cuisine in a contemporary manner. Collaborating with him, Chef Japneet Singh refines dishes for an elevated Indian dining experience.

The menu boasts an array of small plates like Chilli Garlic Paneer Tikka, Chicken Khurchan Bruschetta, Andhra Chilli Chicken, Raan Pita Pockets, Tawa Paneer Crostini, Karare Bhutte Ke Kabab, Tiger Prawn Sukha, Keema Per Edu, GunPowder Pork Ribs, and more.

Main courses include Kolambi Rassa, Badmaash Paneer Khatta Pyaaz, Corgi Pandi Curry, Chicken Ghee Roast, paired with choices like Malabar Parata, Chilli Cheese Kulcha, and Sumac and Truffle oil naan.

Desserts have options like Masala Chai Tiramisu, Salted Caramel Kulfi Falooda, and Pumpkin Seeds & Saffron Shrikand.

Badmaash's food menu is a fusion of Indian classics infused with diverse influences. It celebrates street food, regional specialties, home-style delicacies, and global inspirations with a spicy twist, embodying a modern essence to redefine Indian cuisine.

Badmaash offers an array of cocktails curated to complement their cuisine, featuring a signature drink called "Mounilicious," a personal favorite of Mouni Roy. This cocktail blends vodka and elderflower with a subtle infusion of curry leaves, renowned for their unique aroma and taste in Indian cooking. The infusion of curry leaves into the vodka and elderflower mix gives a distinctive spin to this classic cocktail.

The cocktail menu at Badmaash draws inspiration from everyday elements but adds an unexpected, playful twist.

Each cocktail is crafted by Bensan Varghese, the Head Mixologist, the menu boasts an eclectic mix of cocktails with an Indian touch. For instance, "Pushpa 3 the Cocktail" , "Ek Dawn Ki Kahani" refreshes with a blend of ciroc, holy basil, honey water, tonic water, and prawn cracker. "Pop Kaun??" stands out with ketel one, Indian spiced popcorn syrup, passion fruit syrup, and sparkling wine. "Panchatantra," a medley of Bacardi 4 YO infused with toasted cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, star anise, citrus, and a Bacardi 8 YO float, entices with its fable-inspired creation. Lastly, "Smoky Pav. Lifestyle" presents a bacon fat washed whisky, aperitivo, and agave for a unique flavor profile.
