Yeti – The Himalayan Kitchen, known for its authentic Himalayan cuisine, recently launched a range of cocktails and alcoholic beverages at its Connaught Place (CP) outlet in Delhi.
This is for the first time that the restaurant has launched the bar menu, cocktails bringing a creative twist to classic cocktails, transporting patrons on a sensory journey through the hills with every sip.
“We’ve always strived to bring the essence of the Himalayas to the heart of Delhi, and these cocktails are a natural extension of that journey. Each one tells a story of the rich culture and flavours of the mountains,” said Goumtesh Singh, co-partner at Yeti - The Himalayan Kitchen.
The new beverage menu offers a diverse selection of cocktails infused with Himalayan herbs and spices, along with a variety of premium spirits, wines, and beers. Signature drinks like the Himalayan Negroni, Elderflower Elixir, Himalayan Spice Route, Himalayan Spritz, Tomillo are designed to pair perfectly with Yeti’s popular dishes such as kothe momos, thukpa, and aloo sadheko, Shapta and Sekuwa elevating the dining experience.
Each cocktail is crafted using ingredients inspired by the diverse cultures and regions of the Himalayas. From the delicate essence of wild berries and rhododendrons to the aromatic warmth of Himalayan herbs and spices, these cocktails offer a refreshing, bold, and innovative drinking experience.
