Good Earth Opens Redesigned Flagship Store in Gurgaon
Good Earth Opens Redesigned Flagship Store in Gurgaon

Indian luxury lifestyle brand Good Earth has reimagined its flagship store at IREO Boulevard on Golf Course Road Extension in Gurgaon, bringing together home furnishings, apparel, fragrance, beauty and lifestyle products across four distinct retail spaces. Designed in collaboration with conservation architect Abha Narain Lambah, the store introduces a format centred on Indian craftsmanship, design and everyday living.

The flagship features four sections, Earthsong, Living, Verandah and Berouj, each dedicated to a different aspect of the brand's product portfolio. The store brings together collections spanning home textiles, tableware, furniture, apparel, fragrance, skincare and personal care, offering customers a single destination to explore the brand's lifestyle categories.

Good Earth, founded around the idea of integrating traditional Indian craftsmanship into contemporary living, has positioned the Gurgaon store as an extension of its approach to luxury retail. The design combines natural materials, artisan-made objects, decorative elements and open interiors to create separate shopping environments within the flagship.

Anita Lal, Founder and Creative Director of Good Earth said, “We've always believed that luxury isn't defined by what we own, but by how we live. This store brings together the many rituals that shape a life - from the first cup of tea in the morning to the table we gather around, the clothes we wear and the homes we decorate. Each of the four worlds has its own personality, but together they stand for something we’ve believed from the very beginning: that beauty and craft belong in the everyday."

Located within a complex designed by Norman Foster + Partners, the store benefits from an open retail setting with pedestrian walkways, landscaped courtyards and water features. The location serves Gurgaon’s residential and professional communities, including families and homeowners seeking products across home décor, fashion and lifestyle categories.

The first section, Earthsong, focuses on products associated with nature, fragrance, bath rituals, earthenware and gifting. Its interiors incorporate bamboo screens, latticework, palms, natural materials and hand-painted murals. The space also features Tibetan artefacts and rock inscriptions by artist Vineet Kacker, alongside nature-inspired tapestries and a sculptural concrete table with a water feature. Verandah focuses on home furnishings and textiles, bringing together fine linens, block-printed fabrics, cushions, furniture and handcrafted decorative objects. Its interiors feature bespoke cabinetry, a metal lattice screen and a wall of mirrors. The section draws on Indian textile traditions while offering products intended for contemporary homes.

Living is dedicated to dining, tableware and entertaining. The collection includes metalware, fine tableware, table linens, hand-painted papier-mâché and decorative accessories. Custom wallpapers, curtains, glass wall art, handcrafted cabinetry and chandeliers form part of the section's interiors, with products aimed at customers looking to furnish dining spaces and prepare tables for gatherings.

The fourth section, Berouj, focuses on apparel, beauty and personal care. Inspired by the historic zenana, the space uses a palette of old rose, aqua and ivory, along with curtains, bespoke cabinetry and chandeliers. It brings together Good Earth's apparel collections with LilaNur Parfums and the ITI skincare salon, extending the store's offering into fashion, fragrance and skincare.

Across the four sections, the Gurgaon flagship showcases products developed using traditional craft techniques and materials. These include papier-mâché, hand-carved rock crystal, Banaras silk brocades and natural-dye block printing. Good Earth works with artisans across India to incorporate these techniques into its product collections.

The store's design and merchandise reflect the brand's focus on connecting Indian craft traditions with contemporary lifestyle retail. By bringing home décor, dining, fashion, fragrance and beauty into one location, Good Earth has expanded the range of categories available at its Gurgaon flagship. The reimagined store brings the brand's lifestyle collections together in a retail environment that combines product discovery with a focus on craftsmanship, Indian design and contemporary living.

QWEEN Opens First Jewellery Store in Noida
QWEEN Opens First Jewellery Store in Noida

QWEEN, a luxury jewellery brand backed by Rosy Blue and Kashikey, has opened its first experiential retail store at Aditya Ancora, Sector 50, Noida. Spread across approximately 4,500 sq ft, the store marks the brand's entry into offline retail with a format focused on self-discovery, personalised shopping and natural gemstones and diamonds. The store introduces a shopping experience that allows women to explore jewellery based on their individual preferences, personalities and moods rather than conventional product categories. The format combines independent browsing, gemstone education, diamond demonstrations and customisation facilities.

The Noida store features the QWEEN Access Card, which allows customers to unlock jewellery counters and browse designs independently. The store organises its collections around five consumer personas, Party Girl, Own My Runway, Untamed in Love, I Want It All and Femininity Reclaimed. According to the company, this approach shifts the focus from traditional product-led selling to a shopping experience shaped by personal style and individual expression.

The store houses more than 3,000 designs across over 16 collections, featuring natural gemstones and diamonds. QWEEN said it has developed its designs in-house to establish distinctive design elements across its jewellery portfolio. Each creation incorporates three signature elements: the Orange Sapphire, positioned behind every piece; the Apostrophe, inspired by the brand's logo and philosophy; and the Scallop, which appears across its collections. The brand also provides four stories for its in-house designs, covering design inspiration, craftsmanship, brand signatures and related trivia.

The Noida store includes a Gemstone Experience Centre where customers can examine gemstones in their rough and polished forms. The space also features commercially available market-grade stones, allowing shoppers to compare differences in quality, colour and craftsmanship. The Diamond Experience Centre presents the Mine to Marvel process through physical displays that show how natural diamonds transform from rough stones into polished pieces. The centre also uses the DiamondIQ Meter and Hearts and Arrows Viewer to demonstrate aspects of diamond authenticity, performance and precision.

A dedicated DIY Zone allows customers to customise their rings by combining different shanks, crowns and centre stones before the jewellery is crafted. These features form part of the brand's effort to provide product information and customisation options within the physical retail environment.

Amit Kumar, Co-Founder and CEO of QWEEN said, “The launch of our first store in Noida marks a defining milestone in QWEEN's journey to redefine jewellery retail in India. For decades, the industry has largely expected women to fit into its conventions. QWEEN was born to challenge that thinking by creating a brand where the experience begins not with a product, but with the woman herself. Our first store is the physical expression of that philosophy, bringing together self-discovery, complete transparency and 100 percent natural gemstones and diamonds through an experiential retail journey, where women are no longer mannequins for jewellery, but choose jewellery that expresses who they are. From persona-led shopping to dedicated spaces celebrating craftsmanship and storytelling, every touchpoint has been designed to reimagine how jewellery is discovered and experienced. As we expand across India, our ambition is not simply to open stores, but to establish a new benchmark for jewellery retail.”

Suyash Motarwar, Co-Founder and CTPO of QWEEN said, “At QWEEN, technology has been designed as an invisible enabler of consumer agency. It connects the physical product with transparent information and allows every woman to move through the store in the way that feels most natural to her. Our focus is on removing friction from discovery through transparent, readily accessible information and ensuring that the experience can continue seamlessly across physical and digital touchpoints. The result is a luxury environment that retains the warmth of human interaction while giving consumers far greater control over how they explore and decide.”

The Noida store marks the first step in QWEEN's retail expansion plans. The company intends to enter Delhi and Bengaluru over the next three months as it expands its experiential jewellery retail format across India. QWEEN is backed by Rosy Blue and Kashikey, along with strategic investors Aamir Khan and Ranbir Kapoor. Its expansion plans centre on building a retail network that combines jewellery discovery, product education and personalisation.

Goenka India Opens Jewellery Store at Jio World Plaza
Goenka India Opens Jewellery Store at Jio World Plaza

Goenka India has opened a new fine jewellery store at Jio World Plaza in Mumbai, expanding its retail presence beyond its existing outlet at DLF Emporio in New Delhi. The Indian jewellery brand designs, manufactures and retails its own creations, with a focus on natural gemstones and bespoke jewellery.

Spread across more than 1,000 sq ft, the new store combines contemporary interiors with elements inspired by Indian craftsmanship and heritage. Its design features a golden colour palette, curved glass, antique gold finishes and a facade incorporating a jali pattern based on the brand’s signature motif. A carved Indian stone installation at the entrance introduces the design elements used throughout the store.

Nitin Goenka, CEO and Chief Designer at Goenka India said, “Most luxury stores have a minimal facade where the story of the brand gets lost. We wanted the opposite. The moment you enter, you know you are in Goenka India; contemporary in language, but deeply Indian at heart. In the last five years we have opened two stores, a jewellery lounge, two design houses and a new manufacturing facility is coming this year. But for us, growth is not just about new cities; it is about how much finer, how much more technically sound our next piece can be.”

The store’s interiors feature custom artwork inspired by the construction of jewellery. The front wall incorporates beadwork, net, three-dimensional butterflies and stones, while the rear wall uses burgundy and gold embroidery with small cut gold-glass pieces to represent the structure that holds gemstones in place. The brand developed both installations specifically for the store.

The brand’s geometric rose logo, inspired by the traditional Indian gulab, is reflected in the store’s design, alongside shades of old rose, rust and burgundy. Other elements include marble inlay, a bronze rose carved into marble, a replica of the company’s first jewellery-making tool and a shloka about good work. PAV Architects designed the store in collaboration, developing the concept to extend the design language of the brand’s Delhi outlet.

Goenka India offers necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelets and bangles, including pieces designed to be worn as coordinated sets. Its earring range includes everyday styles, studs, jhumkas, chandbalis, cuffs and solitaire settings. The brand also offers hair accessories, belts and men's accessories such as cufflinks, kurta buttons, kalgis and brooches.

The brand’s latest Emerald collection features statement jewellery pieces, while emeralds and rubies remain key categories within its product portfolio. According to the company, it works exclusively with natural gemstones and does not use CVD or other lab-grown stones. The design process begins with the gemstone, with its characteristics and cut informing the final creation.

Bespoke jewellery is a key part of the store’s offering. A combined discussion and display table provides space for customer consultations, while two personal dressing areas, including one in the VIP room, feature three-way mirrors that allow customers to view jewellery from different angles. The private room also includes crystal chandeliers and chairs embroidered with bird and floral motifs.

For pieces that are not displayed in the store, the brand uses an in-house application to help jewellery experts present additional designs to customers. Clients can also bring fabric swatches from their outfits, allowing the team to develop customised jewellery inspired by embroidery details, colours and motifs. The opening at Jio World Plaza adds to Goenka India’s physical retail presence as the company continues to develop its jewellery business through retail stores, design facilities and manufacturing capabilities.

PureSil Paints Targets 100 Distribution Points Across India

PureSil Paints, the mineral-based architectural coatings brand from Relic Coatings LLP, plans to establish 100 distribution points across major metropolitan cities and state capitals in India over the next 12 months. The expansion is aimed at increasing its market reach and building a distribution network for its domestically developed architectural coatings.

The company has appointed channel partners in Nagpur, Cuttack, Pune, Kolkata, Raipur and Vadodara as part of the first phase of its expansion. Since its commercial rollout in August 2026, PureSil Paints has focused on product trials, customer engagement, distributor appointments and institutional project opportunities.

The company describes its products as 100 percent Made in India, using indigenous technology and locally sourced raw materials. It said this approach keeps its dependence on imported raw materials negligible while supporting domestic manufacturing and supply chain development. PureSil Paints uses mineral silicate technology, incorporating a rice husk ash-based silicate binder and proprietary silicification technology. Its formulations use rice husk ash and fly ash, allowing agricultural and industrial by-products to be utilised in construction materials.

The product range features zero-VOC formulations and breathable coating technology. These coatings allow moisture vapour to pass through the surface, helping walls release trapped moisture. The company is positioning its mineral-based paints as an alternative for residential, commercial and other construction projects seeking coatings with lower environmental impact.

The range is available in multiple colours and stock-keeping units (SKUs) to meet different architectural requirements across residential and commercial applications. The architectural paints and coatings industry is seeing increased interest in products that reduce environmental impact. Low-VOC and zero-VOC formulations, along with construction materials that use resources more efficiently, are becoming areas of focus for manufacturers and buyers.

PureSil Paints aims to address this demand through its mineral-based coating range and locally developed manufacturing technology. Its target customer segments include residential and commercial real estate, institutional buildings, urban infrastructure and industrial establishments.

Dr Nikhil Dhote, Founder and Chief Technologist of PureSil Paints said, “We believe the future of the coatings industry lies in combining performance, sustainability and indigenous innovation. Our focus is to build a strong pan-India presence while offering an alternative that addresses evolving environmental expectations and India's growing emphasis on self-reliance.”

PureSil Paints plans to expand its distribution network based on market demand, with an emphasis on appointing capable channel partners and strengthening its operations in new markets.

Its target of 100 distribution points over the next 12 months will extend its reach across major cities and state capitals. The company will focus on developing its presence in construction and infrastructure markets while building demand for mineral-based architectural coatings. The expansion comes as manufacturers explore alternatives to conventional paint formulations and increase their focus on locally sourced materials and sustainable construction products.
