Ishatvam operates through multiple business verticals including retail stores, e-commerce (global shipping), design services (IDS), and gifting solutions for weddings and corporate clients. Its stores are positioned as immersive lifestyle destinations catering to urban design-conscious customers, architects, interior designers, and luxury buyers.

The company is expanding through a franchise model (FOFO) with store sizes ranging from 1,500–4,000 sq ft. The investment ranges from approximately 1.1 crore, offering gross margins up to 50%, royalty of 6–8%, and an estimated payback period of 2–2.5 years.
