The launch strengthens Downtown Powai’s position as a mixed-use destination that combines office spaces, retail, dining, and community-led experiences.

The Malad store marks a category-specific expansion, with the entire space dedicated to sport and performance apparel.

The expansion includes two Sofas and More by Stanley stores at Mysore Road and Gunjur, along with a Hilker India outlet at Electronic City.
