The Awards look to recognise excellence and innovation in the field of information technology within the Indian retail sector. They present an opportunity for technology organisations to gain the prestige of public acknowledgement as being the leader in their field. Organized by Retailer Media and judged by leading retailers, these awards are the perfect opportunity to show how you have been using technology to support your business. Open to both retailers, and suppliers in partnership with retailers, we invite for entries that demonstrate how technology has been used for the benefit of retailers and their customers. The nominating companies will be required to give a Brief case study on how such technology has improved the company's business or areas in which business has benefitted from it.

- Loss prevention and Online Security Solution of the Year
This award will be given to the retailer who has implemented loss prevention or anti-fraud measures across its operations to prevent shrinkage and theft. - Marketing and Customer Loyalty Solution of the Year
The Award will be given to the Loyalty solution provider who has helped Retailer in better customer acquisition and retention - The EPOS Initiative of the Year
This award will recognize a retailer who has implemented an innovative practice in EPoS technology in their organisation that could be ranging from self-checkout, kiosks, touch screens, cash management strategies for their businesses. - Retail Online Platform of the year
This award will recognise the development and growth of retail website which is visitor-oriented and has and smooth-running browsing, which offers customers a seamless shopping experience - Technology project of the year
This award will recognise a retailer who has inculcated a successful IT project into its physical operations & how it has improved the overall operations of the organisation. - The Retail Application of the year
The Award will be given to the Retailer who has inducted the most innovative Retail application in the last year - SME retailer of the year
This award will recognise technological developments deployed by an SME retailer. - Backend Retail solution of the year
Recognising a retailer who has in-built either an ERP system or allied best-of-breed solution in the organisation - Card and payments store technology of the year
This award focuses on payments innovation within the retail store environment - Outstanding individual achievement
This award will commend a technology supplier who has made an outstanding contribution to support the retail sector growth over the course of the last 12 months - The Mobile Solution of the Year
The winning entry will be a retailer who has truly embraced the mobile channel. It could be an app, a mobile-optimised website or an overall mobile strategy - the aim is to celebrate the drive to allow the customer to interact with the retailer where and when they want and provide a first class shopping experience. - CRM Programme of the Year
The Award will be given to Retailer with successful use of technology in CRM space in the year, also inviting Cloud CRM programmes deployed by Retailers - Best In-Store Marketing technology

This award will recognise a retailer who has introduced a supply chain technology solution that has helped the Brand in merchandize optimization and to maintain its stock levels, while also improving merchandise visibility across the stores. - Multi-channel retailer of the year
This award will recognise a retailer that has excelled in its multi-channel offering, improving the consumer experience to drive more loyal customers - Technology Supplier of the year
This award will recognise a technology supplier who has implemented innovative technology solutions into retail organisations during the past year. - The IT Team of the Year
The Award will recognize a Retail IT team who have collectively achieved superior Retail technology in the organization - Retail CIO of the Year
The award will go in professional capacity to outstanding performance by a leading Retail CIO or Technology Lead.
