Alto Vino; the signature Italian restaurant at JW Marriott Pune unveils a new menu to highlight the restaurant’s fusion of innovative and signature flavours, to its contemporary Italian offerings.

Alto Vino is now offering an even more elevated dining experience curated by its expert Chef Huber.

Signature dishes include Organic pumpkin ravioli with pumpkin seeds and parmesan foam, Homemade squid ink guitar string spaghetti with prawns, garlic and lemon, Organic local herb leaves with garden vegetables and roasted garlic, and Tiramisu amongst others. The new menu also encompasses other innovations including a delectable variety of antipasti, pastas, pizzas, risottos and seafood dishes.

The QSR chain has used ChatGPT to design the smoothie menu, which includes the Unicorn Smoothie and the Lemon Chiller Smoothie available for a limited time.

“We entrusted ChatGPT to create drink recipes that would resonate with these aspirations. Consequently, it bestowed upon us the extraordinary 'Recipes from my ImaginAIon' menu. In collaboration with our McCafé baristas, we successfully brought this innovative menu to life and presented it to our cherished customers within the Istanbul's popular McCafé branches. At the restaurant, diners can continue to indulge in the traditional Japanese concept of Omakase which means “I leave it to you Chef. A 7-course meal relying on the chef’s expertise to specially curate the dishes for you.

The extensive menu also offers a range of flavours and exhibitions of colours on your plate, from the tangy tastes of Thailand to the spicy notes of Sichuan cuisine. Spiced Vegan Meat Soup, Truffle Edamame Uramaki Sushi, Shiitake Mushroom and Tofu Dimsums are some of the chef’s recommendations you must try.

“Staying true to the restaurant's core values of genuineness, health, longevity and refinement we have brought together an authentic taste for every vegetarian to enjoy the splendid flavours of Asian cuisine. A lot of items on the new menu are infused with truffle oil, an excellent ingredient for heart health. So, using the freshest of gourmet ingredients and spices, our dishes bring palatable nourishment,” shared chef Multani.

TAO Asian Kitchen was initially launched in Nagpur and then expanded to Mumbai, where it gained popularity among vegetarians.

The restaurant is marking another milestone with its culinary expansion across the state with another chain in Jaipur by April 2023.

However, our dedicated team of chefs have been able to come up with very innovative and delicious vegan dishes which can be enjoyed by everyone! Veganism as a trend picked up in India a lot more during the pandemic when people switched to living a healthier and balanced lifestyle. While Little Italy was initially serving limited options in their vegan cuisine, with the rising demand for vegan dishes they launched an entire vegan menu.

Out of the 50,000 pizzas the company sells every month at least 5,000 are vegan, similarly 10-15% of their pasta sales are from vegan dishes. Currently, the revenue from vegan dishes amounts to INR 50-70 Lakhs monthly and it's growing at a rapid pace.

In the vegan menu their Verde Pizza, Pizza Rustic, 4 Cheese Pasta and Parma Rosa Pasta are some of the best seller dishes in Little Italy. After coming back to India he joined Salt Water Cafe as a Jr Sous Chef, then went on to work at several restaurants in the capacity of an Executive chef namely, Cafe Mocambo in Fort, Aromas Cafe in Powai which has four outlets in Mumbai, Consultant Chef to Plunge lounge and Glint by Plunge Both in Koregaon park Pune from 2017 to present and has now joined as an Executive Chef.

The new menu boasts of 25 dishes and continues to feature some of the best sellers from the older version revamped to tantalise your palates. Chef recommends the Poha crusted Prawns and Mango chilli salsa, the 5 Cheese and fried shallot Flatbread, the Kaffir Lime Paneer Slider, The Lamb Goulash with burnt garlic wild rice, the Andhra style paneer with smoked tomato kachumber, 3 mushroom cappuccino as a must have.

He believes unconventional and surprising use of ingredients will be key focus for this menu. Currently, he is planning rigorous research in the days to come and build Balsa as a destination of innovative yet familiar food.

Soon, the restaurant will also see retailing some of their signature dips and sauces for guests to take home and experiment with their dishes at home.
