Movenpick enters Bangalore

Movenpick, the Swiss ice cream brand has opened its first outlet in Bangalore after opening outlets in Delhi and Chennai. The brand has opened its store at Lavelle Road, Bangalore where it will be serving 18 ranges of ice creams and sorbet flavours, ice cream dessert creations, gourmet coffee and tea, sundaes, shakes, fat free refreshments amongst other.

Commenting on the same, Tarun Sikka, Managing Director, Star Foods Speciality, said, “Over the years, through the out-of-home vertical, we’ve enjoyed tie-ups with hotel chains like Taj and ITC. We’ve also had contracts with Grand Hyatt in Mumbai. We were also supplying Mövenpick ice-cream to the Taj West End and Leela Palace in Bangalore. Customers may not know they are being served Mövenpick, but they get to enjoy our offerings.”
