Oman-based Cloud-kitchen brand Hala Partners with FranGlobal for Expansion; Targets 40 Franchise Locations by Q2 2023

Launched in Oman in 2020, Hala has emerged and set itself as the benchmark for quality Lebanese food in Muscat.

The multi-cuisine cloud kitchen brand has recently joined hands with FranGlobal and Franchise India to expand aggressively.

‘’Launching and running a multi-cuisine cloud kitchen amidst the COVID-19 pandemic has been one of the biggest challenges for the company. The entire Middle-Eastern economy experienced a slump in the food and beverage industry but I am extremely happy about our performance and overcoming major hurdles during the time. While the Middle-Eastern markets are familiar now, the opportunity and the growth offered by Indian f&b industry is incomparable. Taking Hala from our home base in Muscat to one of the most powerful and consumer-centered markets in the world is a dream come true for us,” shared Ghalib Nomani, CEO, Eateryum that owns the brand.

Fresh ingredients and indigenous recipes that are curated to suite and adapt to a global palette, Hala promises an authentic Lebanese experience like no other. With a varied menu consisting of original Shawarmas, Kibbeh, Falafel, and salads, Hala has a bite of something for everyone who walks through the door.

With rapid growth and expansion into the countries of Oman, Georgia, Jordan, and Qatar, Hala has now set its eyes on entering the vast and booming food & beverage sector in India. Already running operations in Bangalore and Delhi, Hala is looking for franchise partners to achieve its goal of running at least 40 franchise locations by Q2 of 2023. Having partnered with the biggest third-party delivery companies like Swiggy and Zomato since 2021, the brand already has established itself in the cloud kitchen segment and is now looking to explore the retail market.

“We can’t wait to run, launch, and support our upcoming franchisees with the help of FranGlobal and Franchise India as we look at aggressive expansion plans,’’ he added.
