GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) has shortlisted Nestle, Unilever and Coca-Cola for the second round of bidding for its Indian nutrition business.

Other major players said to be looking at acquiring the Horlicks brand include Nestle, Unilever, Mondelez and Coca-Cola.
