Ssence – A Culinary Showcase at The Suryaa, is going to showcase the traditions and recipes from all over India this November, with Kebabs, Biryanis and Curries.

With more than 10 varieties of biryanis, 8 varieties of kebabs and 10 curries representing the length and breadth of our country, this festival is going to bring the country's diversity on one plate.
