Zu Tisch, the German bistro-bar opens in Delhi

Zu Tisch, a German bistro bar has opened its door in popular GK (I) M Block Market in New Delhi.

The restaurant offers a wide variety of global food with great music and the quintessential German rustic charm.

Keeping true to its literal translation being ‘At the Table’, Zu Tisch immediately transports its customer to a place where they are engulfed with a feeling of bonhomie and camaraderie along with some fabulous food and beverages at very competitive pricing.

The menu at the restaurant reflects some handpicked master dishes from globe. The seating is a mix of lounge, table and bar stools` with an old world flooring and wooden groin vaults, which gives a typical German cottage feel that will surely get you to sink in, relax and take-in the vibe.

Zu Tisch is the brain child of three young IITians who along with their corporate jobs squeezed out time and displayed their organizational skills to follow their passion. Mayank with his knowledge about food; Eshaan, the brain behind the décor, design and drama; and Pulkit, the number cruncher bring in their individual set of expertise to quickly shape Zu Tisch to be an up-market hang out destination.

The menu is crafted by Chef Mukesh, the head chef at Zutisch who has prepared a diverse menu. The chef has taken two weeks of distinctive training in German cuisine, even after having a decade long experience in F&B.

The bar menu shall include a wide range of assorted drinks with an emphasis on cocktails and European (German) brews that shall have unique mixes complementing old classics with contemporary favourites.
