Happy Soul, which is founded by Pooja Bedi, and her Goa-based start up, Magician of Wellness (India) LLP have announced the launch of their first HAPPY SOUL health and wellness franchise outlet in Kannur, Kerala. The health and wellness-focused venture steps foot into Goa through franchisee, Najeeb.M, a well-known businessman and restauranteur.
Located at Sahib’s, the offline store will be the first-of-its-kind wellness lifestyle store in Kannur, Kerala, showcasing the best in health and wellness products and services in the categories of personal care, food and drink, holistic lifestyle, fashion, home decor, and more.

The brand’s flagship store in Goa has seen tremendous growth since its inception end of 2019, and the introduction of the first franchise store in Kannur marks the beginning of many important projects. As per the agreement with Francorp India, the brand plans to set up 50 franchises within three years. The company provides franchise partners with the opportunity to capitalize on the fast-growing health and wellness sector in India.
