Happy Soul Opens First Franchise Store in Kannur, Kerala

Happy Soul, which is founded by Pooja Bedi, and her Goa-based start up, Magician of Wellness (India) LLP have announced the launch of their first HAPPY SOUL health and wellness franchise outlet in Kannur, Kerala. The health and wellness-focused venture steps foot into Goa through franchisee, Najeeb.M, a well-known businessman and restauranteur. 

Located at Sahib’s, the offline store will be the first-of-its-kind wellness lifestyle store in Kannur, Kerala, showcasing the best in health and wellness products and services in the categories of personal care, food and drink, holistic lifestyle, fashion, home decor, and more.

“We are delighted to be teaming up with Pooja Bedi to introduce the very first Happy Soul Franchise at Sahib’s, Kannur in Kerala. We aim to provide our existing customer base with a haven for quality health and wellness products and empower local entrepreneurs by giving them a platform to sell their wellness-related goods and services,” Najeeb M, who is the franchise owner, said. 

The brand’s flagship store in Goa has seen tremendous growth since its inception end of 2019, and the introduction of the first franchise store in Kannur marks the beginning of many important projects. As per the agreement with Francorp India, the brand plans to set up 50 franchises within three years. The company provides franchise partners with the opportunity to capitalize on the fast-growing health and wellness sector in India.

The Goa start-up is a partnership between celebrity wellness guru, actress and columnist, Pooja Bedi and business evangelist, Namrata Thakker. It aims to grow into the country’s biggest wellness provider of multi-vendor products and services.

“It is phenomenal to see dreams turn to reality. Tier-II and Tier-III towns and cities are fertile consumer markets for these wellness products. Our objective is to make wellness affordable and available. Our customer demographic covers all income groups and ages;  we will also be launching our cafe and wellness center franchise models Pan India,” Bedi stated.
