Metro Brands Ltd, the specialty retail footwear chain, has announced the opening of the FitFlop store at Palladium Mall, Mumbai. The new store will display the international brand’s latest and most loved biomechanically engineered footwear, that combines the best of technology, comfort, and style. It aims to bring a classic, vibrant, and playful vibe to Indian footwear fashion.
The UK-based lifestyle and wellness footwear brand FitFlopis widely accepted amongst fashionable footwear lovers across the world and will now be accessible to Indian consumers as well. Metro Brands entered a strategic partnership with FitFlop early this year to exclusively distribute all its footwear in India and strengthen its presence across the country. The country’s first FitFlop store was launched at Express Mall, Chennai, in May 2022.
FitFlop will showcase some of its key footbed technologies including Dynamicush, iQushion, and Microwobbleboard, across collections such as Lulu, Gracie, Rumba, and more. The flagship store offers classic FitFlop toe-post sandals, trainers, and metallic ballerinas. Customers can also shop the new range of clogs and boots that feel like a hug for their feet.
