Tasva Expands Offline Presence, Opens First Store in Jaipur

Tasva has strengthened its retail presence with the launch of its first store in Jaipur. Located at Mirza Ismail Road, the store is Tasva’s 33rd franchise outlet in India, Tanveer Kaur, Business Development Manager – North India at Tasva announced in a LinkedIn post.

Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. (ABFRL) partnered with couturier Tarun Tahiliani to launch Tasva as a men’s ready-to-wear brand in December 2021 within a year of announcing its investment in Tahiliani’s eponymous brand. In October 2022, Tasva made its e-commerce marketplace debut with Myntra, until then it was retailed on its own website.

As a part of ramping up its offline presence, Tasva launched more than five stores in December 2022 at different locations. The recently launched stores are situated in Delhi (Kamlanagar), Gujrat (Anand), Maharashtra (Nashik), Lucknow (Lulu Mall), and Mumbai (Andheri).

In February 2021, ABFRL acquired a 33.5 percent stake in Goodview Properties Private Ltd. giving it access to the existing luxury couture business of Tarun Tahiliani for an estimated Rs 67 crore. The two brands have since developed and launched the brand Tasva.

Followed by the launch of its first store at Malleshwaram, Bengaluru in December 2021, Tasva opened two more stores in the same month in Delhi and Mumbai. Owned by Indivinity Clothing which is a product of the partnership between Tahiliani, and ABFRL, Tasva operates in 20 cities across India.
