The Beer Cafe launches Brewtails, the signature cocktail menu

India’s largest alco- bev chain, The Beer Cafe, has launched an exciting brewbased cocktail menu.

Designed by the beverage innovators at Monin, the innovative Brewtails menu presents popular beers in a refreshing fashion that will take one’s love for beer to a whole new level.

“We wanted to give beer enthusiasts another way to enjoy and savour their favourite drink. We have associated with Monin, a century old brand to bring in their expertise in beverage innovation to create the right flavours for our Brewtails menu. We hope this will enhance our patrons’ beering experience. Going forward we want to build on this menu and introduce more varieties of brew based cocktails,” said Rahul Singh, Founder and CEO.

The evening also marked the launch of The Beer Cafe’s swanky Good Earth City Centre outlet, the chain’s 22nd outlet in the country.

The much-awaited celebrations began with an impressive session, showcasing the perfect thirst - quenchers from the ‘Brewtails’ menu.

Akshay Duggal a senior beverage innovator from Monin, demonstrated the Sweet Pepper- a peppy drink with flavours of strawberry and grape topped with lime wedges and black pepper.

Adding a beery twist to the classics were the Beerijito and Beer Rita- the perfect pick-me-up after a tiring day.

He then moved on to the tropical Blue Flip - a sprightly blend of passion fruit and blue lagoon with lager and the Beer Mule - an invigorating concoction of ginger, cucumber, vodka and of course beer.  The session ended with the Crazy Nuts- an irrestible mix of lager, raspberry and hazelnut! Guests too tried their hands at making the perfect beer cocktail.

Priced between Rs 285 to Rs 325, the menu will roll out across all The Beer Cafe outlets in the country.
