“I must say Mr. Bhatia was a very dynamic person and knows what he wants and everything in his mind was so clear. The vision he carries would have changed the whole hospitality industry because converting a hotel into a co-working and having a cinema hall at a hotel, no one would have ever imagined but he owned the first hotel in India to a have a 70+ seater cinema hall and auditorium that could be transferred into plays, book launches, musical show etc. He always wanted to create a hotel for young crown and was a man with good aesthetic,” pointed Anooj Wadhwan, Executive Chef at Roseate Hotels who has been associated with the brand for more than five years now and has worked very closely with Bhatia.

Remembering him on the sudden demise, Chef Nishant Choubey who worked very closely with Bhatia by being the chef at his hotel few years ago added, “I have worked with Mr. Bhatia for more than 8 years, he was a visionary and very energetic, he always welcomed new ideas and always believed to invest in the team!! Every time we interacted it was for a reason. As much as he was flamboyant there is a humour factor that was inherent. I miss him forever and I am deeply hurt with the demise.”
