HOME, a dining and live entertainment club at New Delhi has announced the launch of its brand-new zero waste seasonal menu.
The new menu is exclusively curated by the Chef Yutaka Saito to serve the diverse taste palate of the Indian consumers.
It is unique and is inspired by a mix of rich and varied Indian flavors, coupled with global ingredients, to bring in the best of flavors and luxurious aromas.

It is designed and plated by Executive Chef Yutaka Saito, in collaboration with his trusted suppliers, locally and abroad, ensuring the finest ingredients make their way into brand new dishes such as butternut squash kebab, confit duck tenders, pine apple & iberico ham tempura or chana masala terrine.
This season’s new progressive menu continues to develop and carefully combine a symphony of tastes inspired by Indo-European aromas as well Japanese flavours and culinary techniques.
