Projects

Under the leadership of Mr Madan, the company holds a portfolio of 12 complete projects mapped over 1.6 million sq ft, projects of 1.7 million sq ft, which are under construction and spread across the city of Jaipur, and there is an additional 3 million sq ft of developable area. The commercial project of Mahima Group includes Crystal Mall, Crystal Court, Crystal Palm and Trinity. Crystal Mall and Crystal Court, both situated at the heart of the city, were opened to the city dwellers in 2003 and 2005 respectively. Crystal Mall was constructed on an area of 1,02,200 sq ft over a cost of Rs 16 crore which includes shopping cum office complex. Here the upper basement to the second floor is dedicated to shopping area and from the third to seventh floors are allocated for offices. These offices offer ideal working atmosphere for Generation Next, having a non stuffy, non intimidating work environment to step up comfort levels and sunnier faces. Crystal Court is built with an estimated cost of Rs 20 crore on a 3,10,000 sq ft area and was designed on international formats of retailing and integrated with entertainment and restaurants to provide a complete family experience. This mall generates the highest footfalls in the city - 3000 on week days and 5000 plus on weekends.

 

Another commercial project, Crystal Palm, spread over an area of two lakh sq ft is a world class mall offering the pleasure of international style shopping, grandeur of exquisite dinning and the thrill of pulsating entertainment. The stand out feature of this mall is its three-screen multiplex from INOX.

 

Meanwhile, Trinity is being developed in the fast developing Swage Farms area of Jaipur with an estimated influx of 500 homes in the next two years. This project too is divided into shopping plaza and office complexes, where each office would have individual pantry and toilets. 

 

The residential projects from Mahima Group comprise Fountain Square, Panorama, Iris-I and Iris-II. Fountain Square complex consists of four towers of 11 storeys each with 65 per cent of the plot area open for recreational activities and also boast of a clean, safe and pollution free environment. Each of the collection of 861 2BHK/ 3BHK flats of Panorama at Jagatpura (near Gyan Vihar) is a project that was constructed with a keen eye for detail, perfect planning and an effort to provide quality residential accommodation.

 

Iris-I and II are premium residential areas located at plot 3 and 3A, Swage Farm, New Sanganer Road, Jaipur within an easy reach of shopping area, schools and hospitals. The project comprised of 308 flats built in the huge area of 20,000 sq ft of which 65 per cent area will be open. It houses an Acupressure park, Zodiac park, Yoga plaza, Exercise park, a club house that will have a gym with world class equipments manned by trained personnel, a swimming pool and numerous other sports amenities. Also, there will be separate health clubs for men and women, Old Folks corner, children’s playground, an exquisite barbeque area and party lawn for residents.

 

Mall management:  The priority

Mahima Group has outsourced their management facilities to the UK based Knight Frank, which provides services related to real estate including mall administration, manpower management, air-conditioning maintenance, building and building services maintenance, open space maintenance, management of lightening, elevator maintenance, electrical maintenance, plumbing, security and safety operations, cleaning, house keeping contracts and others.

The group use prime material for construction and even imported building material to enhance the durability and aesthetics in terms of their design, development, construction and technology.

 

Social responsibility

Mr Madan, the man who steered the amazing growth of the company, is actively involved with various charity programmes. For his social contribution he was awarded with MJF Lion. He constructed helpline centres for Nagar Nigam, Jaipur to meet the requirement of Jaipur community. The centre funded the children of poor families with uniform and stationery and constructed water harvesting at Moti Dungri, Jaipur to regain the water level. Also, using solar energy, ground water harvesting, stopping unnecessary felling of tress, protecting the air from the fumes of the construction machinery and taking strict measures to ensure safety of human work force are some of his proactive approaches towards protecting and preserving the environment while constructing the residential and commercial complexes.
