CASE STUDY

Easyday Store

This is an ideal case of custom colour matching at the time of design implementation stage. All the shades of blue in 3M’s 3630 shade card were nowhere near to the desired pantone shade wanted by Easyday, a retail format from Bharti-Walmart, the “Walmart blue” as 3M calls it. The 3630-8264 vinyl was developed for this customer. It has been three years now that the customer has been using this product of 3M with the Panagraphics II Flex.

In-shop branding is done on IJ 1220 by 3M.

Adidas

Adidas has been a success story of 3M’s response time and the technical expertise of the company’s authorised converter, Crayon Advertising. This story again revolves around a special green colour which was developed for Adidas, the 3630-5055 vinyl, but the green was not in contrast with the white flex and the text ADIDAS and logo couldn’t be seen during daytime. So 3-D acrylic cut out letters were developed. This case also shows the strength to create rigid-like 3D Signages with the help of 3M’s flex and vinyl combination.
