Brandhouse Oviesse Ltd (BOL) is a joint venture between Brandhouse Retails Ltd of India and Oviesse S.p.A of Italy. Brandhouse Retails Ltd, which is a group company of SKNL, owns brands like Reid & Taylor, Belmonte, Carmichael House, Stephen’s Brothers and Dunhill. OVS Industry was established in 1972 in Padua, where the very first store was opened. Now OVS Industry is a reference point in the “fast fashion” industry with a network of over 539 stores spread all over Italy and abroad, and has given shopping a new meaning, based on a constant renewal of fashion clothing, quality and smart prices. OVS Industry headquarter is in Venice - Mestre.

 BOL has so far opened four OVS Industry stores in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Chennai.  The company plans to add a total of 50 stores across the next two years at the pan India level. The OVS Industry stores in India are successfully using IBM POS machines in their stores supplied and supported by Forbes Technosys Ltd.
