And, while the local government has been promoting the organised trade to improve the shopping experience, Maradu has especially become popular with mall developers. And, that’s largely due to the ease of accessibility from different parts of the city.

Lulu Mall is spread over 25 lakh sq ft and combines both retail and entertainment effectively. And, given its location, several corporates are also expected to set up
offices here shortly. This mall also a parking facility for 350 four-wheelers and 400 twowheelers.
