Bonita ties up with Lulu hypermarkets

India’s leading home utility brand Bonita has entered into an agreement with one of Asia’s biggest supermarket chains, Lulu Hypermarkets, and its products will now be available at the Hypermarket chain in Kerala.

Lulu Supermarkets, which started in the UAE by Indian–origin businessman M A Yousuf Ali, has major presence in the Middle East countries with over 100 outlets. The chain has recently entered India and its first retail outlet has opened up in the city of Kochi.

Bonita which is the fastest growing brand in home utility products like ironing boards, wall dryers, accessory organizers, among others, has already received its first orders from the Lulu supermarket chain and is making its products available at Lulu stores.

“Lulu supermarket is one of the biggest retail chains in South Asia and we are very proud to be associated with them. Our home utility products will now be available at Lulu stores in Kerala,” says Umang Srivastava, Joint Managing Director, Casa Brands India.

“Kochi is one of Kerala’s largest cities and most important centers in south India with a large urban population and what better way to reach most of them than through a popular retail chain,” he added.

As the Lulu hypermarket chain extends its presence in India, Bonita will be proud to be associated with it. For now, Bonita’s tie up with Lulu stores is for the India market only, but the possibility of the company supplying for its Middle East retail stores can certainly be a possibility in the future.
