CRGDA organises apparel retail show

Big Trade giants, retailers, brand heads from all across the North assembled in Chandigarh for the common bookings of upcoming spring/summer collection of leading brands like Puma, Lee, Arrow, Wrangler, Mufti, USI, Indian Terrain, etc. It was not a regular monotonous working schedule. The association called CRGDA came forward to organise the event in a different way, wherein the summer anthology was presented through a ramp walk by prominent Mumbai and Delhi models like Amanpreet Wahi, Ankita Shorey, Bharat Kundra, etc. The event was beautifully organised and classically decorated at the famous North Park. The special attraction was the transparent ramp being specially created on the pool which was giving a scenic affect and ambience to whole evening. The event flow was joined with a six piece live band of Delhi and Salsa dancers. The evening started with a welcome note from CRGDA president Darpan Kapoor emphasising on the potential of North India, which is giving space and market to all new entrants. He also enlightened the facts behind making Chandigarh as the Distributor hub of the North, as it is centrally located and well-connected with all states, resulting in timely replenishments of the stock and better connectivity with the retailers. Also better access through airport and trains, it makes easy for the suppliers also to manage with the distributor.
