MarQ, Flipkart's private label brand, has introduced an Insignia range of air conditioners. These air-conditioners are available in BEE rating of 3-star and 5-star.
The Insignia air-conditioners consist of models like 1.2 Ton 3 Star Inverter, 1.5 Ton 3 Star Inverter and 1.5 Ton 5 Star Inverter. Flipkart will make the 1.2-ton and 1.5 ton variant of the air-conditioners available on its website from April 10, 2019.
Adarsh Menon, Vice President, Private Labels, Electronics, Furniture at Flipkart, said, "MarQ by Flipkart aims to address the Indian customer’s specific and varied needs, while making the latest and best technology accessible to them at affordable prices. We have witnessed a growing trend amongst consumers looking for energy efficient and aesthetically pleasing ACs."

Leveraging local consumer insights, the fulfillment center will offer a wide variety of locally popular brands such as Freedom, Heritage and categories like dairy, eggs, chocolates, staples, cleaning aids and more.
Flipkart will provide users with access to over 1 million bus connections, spanning more than 25,000 routes nationwide.
These efforts have led to a reduction of over 14 million liters of freshwater consumption and a 30 percent decrease in the average LPCD (liter per capita per day) across all four facilities.
Initially available for Android users, customers can register for UPI with @fkaxis handle and perform fund transfers and checkout payments using the Flipkart app.
